I know it seems a long way off but places are beginning to fill for September 2019. If you would like to increase or change your child’s sessions please fill the form below and return to me as soon as possible. Your child becomes funded for 15 hours per week from the beginning of the term after their 3rd birthday. If you would like to reserve places for a later date please make a note at the bottom of the form.
